Atoor is formally trained and personally has 25 years of experience in appliance repairs. Atoor started the appliance repair business with a simple goal of helping homeowners with expert consultation, diagnosis and fix of built-in Admiral, Asko, Bosch, Dacor, Frigidaire, GE, Kitchen Aid, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Miele, Samsung. Sub-zero, Thermador, Viking, Wolf refrigerator and kitchen appliances right onsite in the fastest way and at the most reasonable cost possible.

All onsite technicians are factory trained, skilled and experienced to work with high-end brand fridges, freezers, ice makers, dishwashers, ovens and stove ranges.     NOTE: The trip charge of $140.00 will be waived upon estimate approval for eligible areas. In areas where the trip charge is $200.00, we will waive $100.00 upon estimate approval. Please note that the trip charge is separate from the diagnostic fee. During the diagnosis process, it may be necessary to add or replace parts in order to properly diagnose the unit, which will result in an additional charge.




    If you are unable to find your appliance brand listed above, this indicates that we do not provide service for that particular brand.


    The model/serial tag for your unit can be found on the unit itself. If you have a photo of the tag, please attach it to the service request. Please note that if the technician is unable to locate the model/serial tag, we will be unable to provide service or obtain any necessary parts for the unit.





    PROOF OF PURCHASE is required for all factory warranty jobs regardless of work order being submitted through the factory.

    1- Communication: Art Appliance Is not going to contact the customers for follow up during the process of waiting for parts, and you will be contacted only when there is an unexpected change or ready to have you on the schedule, but customers can text or email anytime and as many times want to follow up. So if you expect a routine follow-up, sorry for the inconvenience.
    2- Please make sure to save the Art Appliance contact number so you know when we try to reach you for scheduling and not have the number mixed up with any spam call which we keep hearing from our customers.
    3- Timeline: Due to having a part supply chain issue, the repair timeline depends on the parts availability and Art Appliance schedule.
    4- Prices: Due to having the prices changing daily through the factories, the estimate provided is subject to change prices and part availability status specially for factory back-order parts.
    5- Service Fee: SF is due to the first appointment and customers needs to be prepared for it.
