PROOF OF PURCHASE is required for all factory warranty jobs regardless of work order being submitted through the factory
1- Communication: Art Appliance Is not going to contact the customers for follow up during the process of waiting for parts, and you will be contacted only when there is an unexpected change or ready to have you on the schedule, but customers can text or email anytime and as many times want to follow up. So if you expect a routine follow-up, sorry for the inconvenience.
2- Please make sure to save the Art Appliance contact number so you know when we try to reach you for scheduling and not have the number mixed up with any spam call which we keep hearing from our customers.
3- Timeline: Due to having a part supply chain issue, the repair timeline depends on the parts availability and Art Appliance schedule.
4- Prices: Due to having the prices changing daily through the factories, the estimate provided is subject to change prices and part availability status specially for factory back-order parts.
5- Service Fee: SF is due to the first appointment and customers needs to be prepared for it.
